Every route has a fixed cost in credits, reported in the x-credits-cost header of each response. A request that fails is not charged.

FAQ

Before you create your key

Do I have to pay to test?

No. The sandbox is free, has the same routes as production and answers with fictional, fixed data. You only buy credits when you go to production.

How much does each request cost?

Most routes cost 0.1 credit per request, which is 10 requests per credit ($0.017 each on the 100-credit pack). The account balance route is free. The exact cost comes in the x-credits-cost header of every response.

Which markets are available?

The US market works on the ranking and detail routes. Pass region=US on the product ranking, on the trend, analysis, videos and creators of a product, on shops, creators, videos and lives, and on category ranking and detail. Without region, a request returns BR data. Product list and detail, the Radar and Brecha also take region=US. These routes are Brazil only for now: the category tree and creator contacts. A request with region=US on them is refused before any charge. US catalog data (products, Radar, Brecha) is collected daily; while there is no US data yet, those US requests return an empty list (or 404 on product detail) and cost 0 credits. US ranking and detail data comes as the source delivers it: in English and in US dollars, with no translation or conversion.

Which time windows can I ask for?

Ranking routes take a window of 7, 30 or 90 days through the window parameter. The default is 7 days.

Where does the data come from and how fresh is it?

From the Sendyx Radar data, built from public TikTok Shop pages and market data providers. We do not promise a fixed refresh interval: ranking routes return meta.fetchedAt with the time the data was read.

If a request fails, do I pay?

No. An invalid request, a missing balance and a rate limit are refused before any charge. If an error happens after the charge, the credit comes back right away.

What happens when my balance runs out?

The API answers with error 402 (insufficient_credits) and tells you how many credits were needed and how many you have. Nothing extra is charged: you query again after buying a pack.

Are there rate limits?

Yes. Each production key makes up to 60 requests per minute and 10,000 per day, and each IP up to 300 per minute. The account also has a daily spend cap: 150 credits at first and 2,000 starting 7 days after the first purchase. You can have up to 5 active production keys, one per integration.

I need more volume. Is there a special deal?

The larger packs already cost less per credit. If you expect to use more than that, email contato@sendyx.com and tell us how many requests per month you plan to make.

Do credits expire? How do I pay?

Credits never expire: they stay in your account until you use them. You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, in US dollars, through Stripe checkout, and the packs do not require a Sendyx plan.
